Impact Culture deck refresh

Project type

Branding

I worked with EDI training company Impact Culture to redesign their services brochure deck, giving an existing client-facing document a clearer, more polished and more professional visual treatment. The brief was to retain their established brand identity, while elevating the design so the deck felt more confident, engaging and easier to navigate.

//The Design Process

Brand refinement: I worked within Impact Culture’s existing visual identity, keeping the core brand recognisable while improving layout, hierarchy, pacing and overall presentation quality.

Clean editorial layouts: I redesigned the deck with clearer page structures, stronger typographic hierarchy and more considered spacing, helping each section feel easier to read and more purposeful.

Colour-led visual system: I used gradients drawn from the brand palette to add depth, warmth and visual interest, giving the brochure a more contemporary feel without moving away from the existing identity.

Client-facing clarity: I shaped the design around the needs of prospective clients, making the services, training offer and key messages easier to understand at a glance.

//The Project Result

More polished presentation: the redesigned deck gave Impact Culture a stronger and more credible sales tool for introducing their services to organisations and decision-makers.

Improved readability: the new layouts helped break down information more clearly, making the brochure easier to follow and more visually engaging.

Stronger brand expression: the use of colour, gradients and cleaner composition helped the brand feel more confident, professional and distinctive.

Flexible design approach: the overhaul created a more adaptable visual framework that could be extended across future presentations, proposals and client materials.
