Stonewall's Workplace Programme
Project type
Branding
I created branding for Stonewall’s Diversity Champions workplace programme, developing social campaign assets and a printed business-case leaflet aimed at employers, HR teams and workplace inclusion decision-makers. The work needed to feel bold, credible and commercially persuasive, using research-backed messaging to show why LGBTQ+ inclusion matters in modern workplaces.
//The Design Process
Research-led messaging: I built the creative around strong headline statistics, with clear source references included on the graphics, including Forbes 2022, Ipsos Pride Survey 2024 and Stonewall’s Rainbow Britain Report 2022.
Bold social identity: I designed a series of social assets using high-impact typography, confident colour and people-focused photography, creating a visually consistent campaign that could cut through busy digital feeds.
Business-case design: I developed a printed leaflet that translated the programme offer into a clear employer-facing case, combining benefits, statistics, quotes and service information in an accessible, easy-to-navigate format.
Brand consistency: I kept the Diversity Champions identity consistent across digital and print, using the same typographic approach, colour palette and graphic line motif to connect social awareness content with practical recruitment materials.
//The Campaign Result
Employer-focused communication: the materials helped position Diversity Champions as a practical programme for organisations wanting to attract talent, retain employees and build more inclusive workplace cultures.
Multi-channel delivery: the creative worked across social posts, digital promotion and printed handouts, giving the programme a strong and recognisable presence across different touchpoints.
Evidence-based design: the use of clearly sourced statistics gave the campaign credibility and helped turn broader inclusion messaging into a stronger business case for employers.
Clear programme value: the leaflet and social assets made the offer easier to understand, showing how Stonewall could support organisations through resources, guidance, networking, training and ongoing workplace inclusion support.
